• To respond to and communicate regarding questions and opinions submitted.

Acquired information will not be used beyond the stated purpose, or disclosed or provided to third parties, without the customer's consent, except in the following cases:

• When the customer has given their consent.

• When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.

Inquiries and requests as described in Section 8 above, and other inquiries regarding personal information related to Robo Co-op's held personal data, will be accepted and handled using Robo Co-op's prescribed method. Please note that we may not be able to respond to requests that are not submitted using this method, or if the law does not permit such disclosure.
